Currently I would rank myself at:
1) Exploration - map completion, puzzles 3) Pve - dynamic events, meta events, dungeons 5) Lore - personal story, scouts (heart quests) 2) Social - Guild interaction, grouping 6) Crafting - gathering 4) Pvp - wvw, structured pvp
I'll be interested to see if this changes after release and a few months of play...

I would probably rate myself the following: 1. PvE 2. Exploration 3. Social 4. PvP 5. Lore 6. Crafting Though my 1,2,3 I would say are a close match as I typically enjoy doing these things socially if I have the option vs playing alone. I also tend to be a gamer where I like to take everything in and soak up the content vs steamrolling through it for level's sake. I've waited years for GW2 and can't and plan to savor every moment when I can finally dig in... Like a good filet mignon.... haha

1. PvE 2. Exploration 3. Social 4. Lore 5. PvP 6. Crafting
It's a toss up between PvP and Crafting. PvP in this game seems like it could be a good time, especially WvW. I don't have much PvP experience. In Tera my main character is on a PvP server and it's a gank-fest. Not my cup of tea at all...

MIne would be 1. PVE 2. exploration 3. Lore 4. social 5. pvp 6. crafting although...they are all a very close ranking except maybe pvp and crafting. I dont always get into pvp alot, but since every game is alittle different in how they structure it, I'll reserve judgment til i try it. I do think its kinda cool that the WvW give bonuses to the world that wins

For headsets, I have these: www.amazon.com/Samson-209995-SR850/dp/B002LBSEQSThose Samsons are highly regarded as some the best bang for buck with audiophiles and are fully modable. Ive been meaning to order some plush cushions for them. I know it doesn't have a mic, but I use a standard logitech straw mic which works excellently alongside these phones.

It's scary how we all fit into the same boat
1) PVE 2) exploration 3) social 4) lore 5) pvp 6) crafting
I def think in this game the WvW is nothing like an 8 on 8 wow hackfest, but more strategic as well as giving us as a guild a way to play and meet up together in it..... To hopefully kick some ass.

1. Lore 2. Social/Solo-Exploration 3. Social/Solo-Pve 4. Social/Solo-Pvp 5. Crafting
I ranked social with about everything because I really think this game is very social and very fun grouped. The order is tentative and may change when I actually get in the game and play. I'm not the greatest pvp person though I'm looking forward to giving it a try.

1) Social 2) PvE 3) Exploration 4) PvP 5) Lore 6) Crafting
Ideally PvE, PvP, and Exploration are lumped together into 'social' for me. I enjoy doing anything in the game as long as I do it with others, particularly PvE. I hope to spend a lot of time with guild mates in Dynamic events and dungeons.

I'm glad you didn't include grinding, power leveling, focus on elite dungeons and raiding! While upper-level instances might be on the docket at some point, I hope the game designers create some alternative kinds of end-game content.

While upper-level instances might be on the docket at some point, I hope the game designers create some alternative kinds of end-game content. They said in www.guildwars2.com/en/news/is-it-fun-colin-johanson-on-how-arenanet-measures-success/ that new content will be designed with the intent of being fun rather than trying to provide an unreasonable challenge to keep players grinding on content over and over again. That being said, I can totally see alternatives to the traditional content we see in other games. I was dissapointed at first that GW2 didn't have my favorite MMO activity (raiding) until I looked a little more into the dynamic events system and discovered that some of the later dynamic events are essentially raids that are formed on the fly between lots of different players. For example... In terms of new PvE content, I feel like Arenanet could EASILY hold my attention if they continue to introduce new dynamic events into the world. This would be a form of endgame content we haven't really seen in any MMO's before, with the possible exception of rifts in Rift. However, even those are very different and less complex than the events that we've seen leading up to launch. Basically, I feel like players like myself who put PvE at the top of our list can be very easily satisfied with the types of endgame content Arenanet can deliver. Not to mention new PvP environments are probably on the design checklist as well, and even those I'll be enjoying a ton.

That was an awesome video. I want to go do that right now. I thought the big boss in sparkfly swamp was a big encounter, ha that dragon made him look tiny.

Thank you for the vid! Brilliant stuff. Love how you don't even need to be in a raid to help out and receive appropriate loot. Lewts for all!

And apparently that dragon is considered a 'medium-sized' boss. What do you think the big fellas are going to entail?!
