Kind of like the calm before the storm... So... My question to everyone is: What are you all playing right now? Not much D3 been going on (most of my friends list in there have been signed off for 20+ days, other than Morg). You guys back to WoW? Playing SP games? Playing shooters? I've been mostly hopping around, anxiously biding my time for GW2. Been playing through Deus Ex: HR on Steam and thouroughly enjoying it. Then I binged on Minecraft last night and played it for almost 4 hours. The kids and I love it and then once I got them in bed, I kept playing!!! HAHA!!! ;D -logga

Went back to SW:TOR. Still playing a little D3, and occasionally booting up the xbox to play gears of war 3 with some friends.

I forgot about SWTOR. You still enjoying it? I read something recently that they are locking servers to prepare for server merges? Is the player base still doing well?
ToE got The Secret World. He already stopped playing. Nothing holds his interest anymore but I've heard nothing but good things about it.

I did transfer to a new server which seems to be heavy populated. The server I was on was becoming a ghost town. Not many of my friends still playing it. I'm working through the story quests on my 2nd toon (not even bothering with end game content on my main toon). Saw the Secret World and thought about trying it but decided to keep going with what games i already have. I did come across this playwarframe.com/ looks good, especially for a free to play. But beta doesn't start until this winter sometime.

I agree with you on The Secret World. No sense in paying $50 + a monthly when GW2 is going to be out in 6 weeks... I've heard nothing but good things about TSW, but my gosh they sure are pushing the limit by charging $50 for the client + $15 subscription + Cash Shop.
Dunno what I'm going to do to pass the time until GW2. Guess I will continue finishing up several of my SP games like Deus Ex and Skyrim. I've also been reading through a book series called Monster Hunter International that a friend of mine put me on to.
The suspense is killing me for GW2 !!! They got me addicted through the BWEs !!!

Not too much gaming for me lately. RL has been taking its toll. New homes are fun and all, but damn are they a lot of work. I seem to forget everytime I move into one... I've been trying to squish in a bit of Skyrim here and there but haven't had much luck.

I know what you mean on houses. I own two at the moment, one is a rental.
Such a bummer on the BWE. Look on the brightside, you'll be experiencing all of the GW2 content for the first time right out of the gate and I am sure it's going to blow you away!

I've been scratching my FPS itch with Battlefield 3 on Xbox and D3 for the casino thrill.

Picked up Kingdoms of Amalur on the xbox. not bad. lot of mechanics are like skyrim, but with action and graphics more like Fable. I'm enjoying it.

Currently playing DC Universe Online while I wait for GW2 to release. It's OK but the game controls are a bit odd for PC. But it is free to play or you can subscribe if you want.

i havent been playing much of anything either, been trying to get my fix of GW2 by watching pretty much every gameplay footage video of the BWEs i could find lol. Last week i got a 7 day trial of TERA so i played that... wasnt impressed. Its a very good looking game but it game felt really grindy and it did nothing to get me interested in the story, the only class i found i actually had to pay attention with was the warrior, other than that the combat consists of *hold down left mouse button until mob dies* i think i might take a look at swtor again now that its free to play but i dont expect much, i was pretty let down by it (am a pretty big SW fan!)

Like shobiz I've been trawling through many bwe video reviews. Other than that a few of us have been enjoying the secret world mmo. It's quite a challenging game for both the investigative missions and combat.

I've been mainly playing cooperative games like Left 4 Dead, Killing Floor, Payday: The Heist, or Dungeon Defenders to pass the time. I'm really into games that involve lots of player interaction, hence why I'm so excited about GW2. I can't wait to play an MMO that encourages players to work together rather than pitting them against each other with kill-tagging and node-stealing.

No gaming for me lately. A new house with a big new yard has taken way too much out of me. So much so, I've been absent even from the forums for the last month or two!! I hope no one has been causing too much trouble in my absence! Can't wait for the release!
