We have a Guild Bank/Treasure Trove that all members should be taking advantage of. Lots of guild members have been donating things for others to use. I thought it might help if we set up a few basic rules.
First off any member can deposit and withdraw items from the guild bank, and can deposit into the treasure trove. However only officers can withdraw from the treasure trove. So feel free to place things in either but I would recommend that anything especially valuable that you place it in the treasure trove.
If you can use anything in the guild bank feel free to take it. But please make sure you add something back at some point so that others can benefit as well.
If you can use anything in the treasure trove, feel free to contact an officer and they will gladly mail the item to you.
Please refrain from depositing "junk" or common items that will only sit there and take up room. Personally I try not to deposit any armor or weapons that are not at least green. However if there is a really nice blue it would be fine.
Check often. We have lots of members leveling cooking and depositing it in the gbank for all to enjoy, as well as people starting to run dungeons and depositing left over gear/sigils into the bank.

Excellent idea. An are we going to be using the points or honor or whatever it is called to get more bank room for the guild. A crafting Tab might be a good idea next for ore, thread, and leathers.

If there is something in a section of the bank you want/need, and can't get without being an officer, contact me when I am on.(which is most of the day) I will get it for you, given what I am doing at that moment. If I am in a dungeon, you will have to wait.

I find it extremely hard to use a guild bank, sorry Reason being I have seen the bank cause to many, lets say bad issue's. 1 example, so and so's friend come's into the guild and lets a friend use his/her account. Bang, bank goes empty. Everyone thought it was being used by a guildie but no, and this is just one way to cause problems. I will put things into the TT but be very careful please.

Its already happened once, but we'll recover and keep going. I think it's worth the risk in order to share and help each other out.

Unfortunately, there will always be those players, but I feel like the TT is a good safe guard against losing those more important items. Other things can be easily replaced, especially with our growing numbers

I really like this idea.
I have not used it yet as i am still fairly new. I think the idea for a tab for crafting materials would be great. I think about days ago a guildie was asking for peppercorns and i dont need them so can give it to him but would be great if i could just deposit them in guild bank for other to use.

This is why we stress - important items in the treasure trove please and feel no concerns about asking the officers to access for you, that is why we are around. and yes, it does tell us who it taking what from the guild bank and who is depositing, so if anyone abuses the system we can handle it.
