Half-life HD basically. The whole game is playable up to Xen. They're still working on that. A lot of work on the old maps, some left alone, some remade. New voice actors, AI, etc. It's like the literally ported HL to HL2. Oh and it's a lot better than HL: Source.
It's definitely worth getting. If you loved the old Half-life, you'll love this revision.

I can't remember how far along Xen was in the original... What percentage would you estimate is complete?

The mod covers 80% of the actual game. Xen and beyond is that last 20.
