All, I am very pleased to announce that one of our new members, Phlorge (who TheToE I know through [H]ardforum), purchased a 50 man Vent server last night for all of us to use! He said that he welcomes all to use it with no obligations to donate towards it. However, if you should oblige and dontate, feel free to send him dollars via Paypal @ saves7heday77@gmail.comVentrilo Server Info: Server: texas3.maxfrag.net Port: 3899 Pwd: chickenwingsYou can download the client HERE: www.ventrilo.com/download.phpWith this in place, I am going to unsticky our C3 information and we can have C3 on standby as a backup should we need it in the future! I would encourage everyone to use Vent from this point on so we don't splinter our community. Everyone thank Phlorge for his generosity! Smoke & FIRE ~~~ !!!-logga

I plan on getting his pay pal so Nancy and I can donate 20.00 this Friday so we can help cover the cost and hopefully upgrade the size so anyone can come on who wishes to.

Is there a way to adjust the volume of each person's output on Ventrilo? I played around with it for a bit and couldn't find anything.

Is there a way to adjust the volume of each person's output on Ventrilo? I played around with it for a bit and couldn't find anything. yes, this option is there - you have to click on set up, enable direct sound, then right click the person you want to change, choose miscellaneous, special effects, choose volume, then drag the bar to where you want it.... i think i got all the steps

Is there a way to adjust the volume of each person's output on Ventrilo? I played around with it for a bit and couldn't find anything. To adjust individual volume you have to right click on the person's name, then go to miscellaneous, the click on volume and add. then you can adjust the volume using the slide bar

need help with ventrillo got logged in but cant say anything sorry so inexperienced with this for this often the issue is also with the input/output devices. Be sure to chose the proper device. I will try to remember the next screen info I will provide you best I can (I'm at work) I use a G35 headset so when looking at my output I see G35 speakers (or something like that), input G35 microphone (again something like that). The Hardware input mixer should have your mic (mine will show G35 something) and then the mux/line should auto fill. This should fix your issue. Keep in mind that sometime when using vent if you have both speakers and a headset connected you will have to go to your "sound" settings in the control panel and make sure that the device you wish to use in vent is set as default, run a quick speaker/mic test and this will prevent any issues.
