I have something similar but just cant seem to get used to it. I have the Logitech G13. I wish I could use it, space saver that's for sure, would make more room for the beer

Willard, it looks like you have a G700 too- any luck on getting the game to recognize the 4 thumb buttons on the left hand side of the mouse (4-7 I think)? I messed with things a little bit in the game options and the logitech software, but no luck so far. As early as things are with the game, I'd rather play than waste time fighting with the mouse...

Hey, I know this is a little out-dated but I thought I could share what I use, in case someone finds it useful. It's really comfortable for me because i've been using a similar set-up since BWE1.
WASD - Movement and Strafe - I turn using the mouse 1-3 : weapon skill 1-3 Q : weapon skill 4 E : weapon skill 5 Mouse button 3 : Heal Mouse button 4/5 : Utility 7/8 Shift+Mouse 4 : Utility 9 Shift+Mouse 5 : Elite C : dodge
I have it bound this way so that I won't be pressing my Elite and my utility 9 (which I imagine would be my longest cooldown utility) by accident. Oh, and I use a regular CM Storm mouse with 5 buttons

I'm using Logitech G700 mouse. 4 buttons on the thumb for switching attunements and scroll button for dodge. Also using the G-13. Had the n52 for years so I'm still learning. I do like the joystick but I had to make a mod using some InstaMorph because my thumb kept slipping off. Since you've used both the n52 and the G13, can you tell me what you think of the G13. I still have a n52 but have been curious about the g13. It looks like it has more buttons and the joystick looks to be an improvement over the n52, but it is as good a quality, does the joystick actually work well? are all the buttons easy to get to and use or is it too many, and is it Comfortable(i love the shape and feel of the n52)? I've used the N52 (now Nostromo) for years and loved it. I bought and tried a G13 as well. The G13 is well made. The joystick is fantastic I found. However, either the size or placement of the keys on the G13 made me return to the Nostromo. It just feels more comfortable to me. I'm also a mouse mover and have programmed the directional keys on the Nostromo for strafing. I can run perfect circles around my target while also being able to easily dodge. It really boils down to personal preference but after using both for a good period of time I always go back to the Nostromo.
