Excellent! We are glad you guys found us! Zypher, Rown, and Vanessa, I went ahead and sent you guys invites even though you are on another server. Let's see if it works. So far, it looks like we'll likely stick with Borlis Pass as our home server. It fits us well and we don't currently see a need to change. The good news is that we will all be able to pick a home server again at launch, so we can all coordinate that decision here! Kassats, hail and well met. You sound like a good fit indeed. I sent a guild invite to "Kassats". Hopefully that is you All, we'll be on again tonight so hopefully we can group up! Been having a blast so far! -logga

Hi folks. I am meqal's friend who he referred to in his post above and he directed me to your forum here. Looks like you all have the same approach that we do when it comes to gaming, in that you don't take yourselves or the game too seriously, and that real life often comes first. That sounds like what we are looking for so we hope to join up with you for some GW2! In-game my primary character will be Batavia Morendo (a human necro) but I also created Rowan Natura to see what this sylvari race is all about. Meqal and I have been gaming online together since the beta testing of the original GW. I just downloaded C3 so hopefully we'll be able to get the feel for it before release of GW2.

Hey folks, I think this is what I was looking for. I'm in my mid-30's with wife and kids, career, etc. so my gaming times are late nights and weekends. Looking for a guild that respects and identifies with the craziness/unexpected interruptions that come along with gaming with a family. Played LotRO for a while and did a little bit of time with Rift and I can't wait to start with GW 2.
So I'm looking for a casual, mature, drama free guild and so far it sounds like this might be a fit. Look forward to meeting and gaming with you all.

Hey everyone, I've played quiet a few MMO's but my main problem now that I am older is that I need to find a good casual guild that sticks together. Casual because I have a family that comes first and alot going on with the kids beign in sports and all. How do I join?

Welcome Earthborn and Audiomule! We are glad you found us and think you'll find a good home here.
There are no lengthy applications to fill out in order to join, so now that you found us, just sit tight, stay informed on these forums, and wait for August 25th (3 day headstart launch)! As soon as the servers go live, we'll get the guild made and get invites sent out asap. Leading up to that, we'll coordinate on what home server we will choose as our homebase so we'll be ready for launch!

Hey I saw your thread on guildwars2forums.com and wanted to check you guys out. From what I have read a I am impressed by your guild and the way you guys operate. I played GW shortly after launch and loved it, from there I moved on to WoW and proceeded to spend my entire high school career devoting my time to hardcore raiding guilds. Now as a college junior I don't have time to devote to playing for 8+ hours a week on set nights, plus I am kind of an alt whore and love trying out every class and that generally made me not fit in to the hardcore guilds I have been a part of in the past. Now I am just looking for a fun guild where I can log on after a busy week of school and work to have fun with cool people and just enjoy the game.
Anxiously waiting for headstart next month... Hope to see you guys online! Zack aka Jeraud aka whatever else I have had as a character name

Hello Everyone. Seen your thread on the Guild Wars 2 Forums and from what I read from the post, it sounds like I will fit in nicely. Noticed you guys arent trying to go to one of the overpopulated servers aka Sea of Sorrows, Sorrow's Furance. I'm also a laid back gamer since my work shedule changes weekly, which stops me from committing to any gaming times.
I'm on the eastcoast and before knowing about GW2, I was playing WoW for 5+ years. I canceled WoW subscription about a year ago, waiting for GW2. I plan on being a Asura Necro as my main.

Hello there Ladies and Gents,
I saw your post in the GW2 guild section of the forums and your group does appear to be what I might be looking for.
I am a laid back kind of guy, real life first and then gaming comes to mind. Im a non nonsense type of person but am pretty laid back. I work a 9:00-5:00 Job and come back to my family at night which then leaves me roughly 1-2 hours/night on week days and a bit more on week ends. My gaming hours tend to go up a little from fall to spring due to the weather.
What I look for first and foremost is comaraderie in a game. I enjoy questing with friends and running dungeons/raids when possible. If you expect me to be there for every dungeon/raind/guild run its just not gonna happen. I will be there when I can be there, if I sign up for something I attend or give 24/48 hrs notice if something comes up that could prevent me from being there.
Overall I think I'm a good guy and most of my friends would say the same, I dont like drama unless of course I chose to watch it on a screen. I've been gaming since the 80s (console/pc) and intend to do so for as long as I can.
If you think I'm a good fit for your crew, I would be glad to bear your sigil.
Regards,
Willard,

Hello all! My name is Cyndi and I am very, very new to GW2. I did have a chance to play in the beta this week-end. I spent my time playing a Sylvari mesmer and had so much fun running around discovering. This guild sounds so much like my old home on WOW that I couldn't resist applying! I am a grandmother to several, a mom to more, a truck driver by recent choice! I get home about every 5-6wks and devote most of that time to the babies. But I am very excited to have a new game to play and look forward to getting to know you and wrack your brain with all kinds of questions! Thank you for making a fun, laid back guild!

Hey there saw your recruiting pitch on gw2 forum before it close down. Sound like a guild for me. I played mmo as far back as phantasy star online, ffxi, wow, ffxiv, rift, stwor and currently playing tera. So you can guess i love mmo's, but this is my first time playing gw games. Idea seems fun and graphic are nice so im looking for a laid back guild w mature guildies.
Im 23 have a family and a career so not going to say im dedicated but i know ill be on atleast 6-10 hours a week or so. Im eagar to hang out with you guys and take on what gw2 have to offer.

I may be interested in playing with you guys and gals. As I said in the GW2 forums, I have always been attracted to the mature/family oriented guilds. I mean, who wants to join those hardcore guilds where everyone yells at you for making a mistake? That isn't fun for me.
A little about myself. I'm 23 years old.. Funny that when I was a kid I couldn't wait to grow up.. Now that I am growing up I wish I was a kid again. I don't have any kids, just don't feel like I am ready to have my own kids. Just like everyone else here, I love MMOs and Guild Wars 2. I used to play GW1, but I have long forgotten my account information for it. Shame too because I wanted to reserve my name "Piccolo". I'm also a big NFL Dallas Cowboys fan. Don't be alarmed if I seem quiet in voice chat.. I'm actually just a shy guy, but I do warm up to people once I get to know them. Looking forward to playing with you all.

Welcome everyone since my last post in this thread! Hail and well met! We appreciate you all stopping by, signing up, and trusting us with your time as a guild! You all sound like great mates and I can hardly wait until 08/25 (headstart) when we can unleash on GW2 together!!!
It looks like we will have a very strong showing at launch and what I am excited about most is that we'll have several like-minded guildies to group up with so we don't end up going it alone the whole time!
SMOKE AND FIRE ~~~ !!!

Greetings and Salutations! I just may be the oldest one here however it is only a number to follow when looking to collect Social Security! I have been an avid gamer since when dice were invented. As everyone has stated before me...real life comes first these days. I want to enjoy the game instead of rushing forward to .......... fill in the blank. I still don't know what the blank was/is anymore. Life is a journey and so should a game be. I have been looking forward to GW2 for a long time. Was in all the BWE's and still unsure of what I will be playing. I am kind of a Altoholic. Anywho....your outlook on the game has me wanting to join in on the fun we will be having together! Keep the sun at your back and a keen blade by your side!

Hello everyone! I've been looking for a guild to join in preparation for GW2's release, and really like what I see with you guys. I'm starting college in the fall, so I don't expect to have a ton of free time for gaming, so a laid back and easy going guild like this seems to be a good fit for me.

hi there i also saw the post on gw2 forums. A mature, friendly, respectful and casual guild is exactly my cup of tea! im a Brit now located in the Poconos, PA. Married, and with a new born son (3 months old). Im a network engineer for a big bank (boo!). Have always loved mmos ever since arriving in the states about 13 years ago. EQ was my first love ;p and i have life-long friends from there, that will be joining this guild with myself if you will have us. Quite excited

Morning Logga and all from Oregon. Friend asked me to log on and say hi ( Orion )> I have been a gamer for quite a few years. First MMO, Legends of Kesmai, then a long stent in EQ and IMO the first of the modern day MMO's. I met Orion there along with Rhine, Keffy, Hakamin and Muttly, along with many many other great people and friends. We have all played together thru the years, good times and bad times. So now looking for a great guild that would like to have us join in the fun of GW2. I am mostly a pve person, but I do like the excitment of pvp, on thing I am terrible at pvp. he he. Hope to have some great time's with all of you. Crowfl
